1. Tear DownDuring this stage we completely remove all exterior lights, mirrors, windows, bumpers, and handles. Once everything is removed we will begin prepping all surfaces for new paint. |

2. Panel ReplacementOnce we have the bus completely disassembled we can check all exterior panels and replace them as necessary. |

3. Sand & PrimerAfter any panels have been replaced and body work is completed we will spray a urethane primer over the exterior of the bus. Once the primer has completely cured we finish sand the entire bus using 320 grit sand paper. |

4. PaintOnce the bus is completely sanded, taped off, and wiped off with a chemical surface cleaner we then start applying the 3 main coats of premium Urethane High Gloss white paint. After the white is sprayed we finish the bottoms off with our accent color. Medium gray metallic color is standard for bottom paint. All colors can be changed to fit any customers needs. |

5. MirrorsAll mirrors are checked for cracks and functionality. Any mirror with cracks or scratches is replaced with new. All mirror mounting brackets must be polished or painted with no bends or gouges to look new. All power units must function in all directions to be acceptable. |

6. LightsWhen reinstalling the lights on the exterior of each bus we use all new lens and bulbs to ensure everything works and looks new! All buses also receive a new license plate light and bracket. |

7. GlassBefore we reinstall all windows we first check to make sure there are no false pieces of glass (plexi-glass). We also check for any cracked or damaged pieces in windows. Once everything has been approved we reinstall all windows with weather resistant sealant to ensure a long leak proof seal. |

8. BumpersSome of the final touches to any vehicle are the bumpers. Our bus front bumpers are replaced with new chrome if available and the rear bumpers are painted the appropriate color to look new and match the color of each bus. |
