1. Tear Down

Every interior begins by striping all surfaces to the internal substructure. Once every surface has been thoroughly stripped we will begin prepping each surface for new coverings.

2. Floor

Each bus floor begins with ¾ inch sub-flooring and is covered with our 1/8 inch thick industrial grade seamless rubber flooring. Seamless rubber flooring is water/stain resistant and very easy to clean and maintain.

3. Walls

The walls on our buses begin with steel tubing or fiberglass and are then covered with 5 mm under layment for a smooth surface to adhere our finish coverings. We use a commercial grade carpet or tweed material with a rubber backing for extended life.

4. Headliner

All headliners are covered with our 5 mm under layment for a smooth finish surface. The final coverings are ¼ inch headliner material that looks great and helps insulate the ceilings. We have many different colors to choose. We install a medium graphite color to match the walls and floor nicely.

5. Seats

All seats installed are 100% New. When optional fold-up bench seats are added, they match the color of the Bucket seats.  We have manufacturers design our seats to fit each customers specific color and function requirements.

6. Luggage Compartments

• Optional Overhead Luggage compartments add storage. We can custom build overhead compartments to fit your bus. They are great for hand bags, purses, and small suit cases.
• An optional rear luggage area is quite useful. For more c onvenient rear storage access, add an optional new rear door.   Most rear luggage compartments are approximately: 8’ wide, 6.5’ tall, 3’ deep.

7. Lights & Speakers

All buses come equipped with new interior lights, speakers, and AM/FM CD Player.  Optional DVD players with Fold-Down LCD monitors make the longer trips a breeze.

8. Driver‘s Compartment

The driver’s area is RE-Manufactured as well.  The Driver’s seat is reupholstered in a med gray color to match our interior walls. We also check for unwanted holes and wear on the dash panels. Once they are fixed we paint any panels or parts that have needed repaired or just need to be repainted due to normal wear and tear. Once everything is completed all lights, gauges, seat, shifter, brake pedal, and dash panels will look and perform like new!
